Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all greeting card orders within one working day. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which typically arrives within 1–3 working days.

If you need your order sooner, you can choose to upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout for delivery within one working day from dispatch.

Missing your order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@percyandpearl.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that due to occasional Royal Mail delays, a replacement or refund for standard First Class deliveries can only be issued if your order has not arrived after 7 working days from dispatch.
